The campaign centered on a simple but powerful promise: secure identity unlocks possibility. Through interviews, brand workshops, and creative exploration, the storytelling shifted the focus from technical features to human impact, highlighting how Okta’s technology supports people in their work and daily lives.

Built around the campaign themes “People Protected” and “Access Possibility,” the work translated a complex technical category into a clear, emotionally resonant brand story. By putting people at the center, the campaign helped redefine Okta as more than a security provider, positioning the company as a trusted partner enabling access, productivity, and growth.


The global campaign reached more than 654 million impressions and drove measurable increases in brand awareness and engagement, including a 25% lift in website traffic and a 122% increase in unaided awareness. It helped elevate Okta’s visibility worldwide and establish the company as a defining voice in the identity category.
